Rudina Çupi është shkrimtare, redaktore, përkthyese e mësuese, me një veprimtari të pasur profesionale e krijuese. Ajo ka përvojë të gjatë në redaktim në bashkëpunimet me disa prej shtëpive botuese kryesore, si “Albas”, “Botart”, “Ideart”, “Dudaj”, “Argeta”, “Agstudio”, “Magjia e librit” etj.  Botime të shumta mbajnë emrin e saj si autore e disa librave metodikë, poetikë dhe e librave didaktiko-letrarë për fëmijë, si dhe si përkthyese.  

 Për veprimtaritë e saj krijuese ajo është vlerësuar me disa çmime, si për librat me poezi, ashtu edhe për librat për fëmijë.

Aktivizohet herë pas here në medien e shkruar me shkrime kritike, artikuj publicistikë, intervista dhe artikuj me tema shoqërore, si në revistën “Mehr Licht”, “Poeteka”, në gazetat “Shqiptarja.com”, “Mapo”, “Exlibris” etj., dhe po ashtu edhe në medien vizive.

Puna me fëmijët është ndër pasionet e saj, ndaj ka ndërmarrë nismën për të zhvilluar aktivitete leximi dhe argëtimi në biblioteka, shkolla, parqe apo qendra të studimit pashkolle në disa qytete të Shqipërisë dhe në vendet fqinjë ku jetojnë shqiptarë.  

Themelimi dhe mbarëvajtja e shtëpisë së botimit PUPËZ është ëndrra e saj e re.

Rudina Çupi is a poet and children’s book author originally from Durres, but living in Tirana, Albania. With a profound passion for literature and a degree from the University of Tirana, Rudina has significant experience translating children’s books and has authored 22 titles in this field. She is also the screenwriter of two didactic short films. She participates as a trainer in the seminars focused on the didactics and curricula of preschool teachers.

She founded Creative Writing Klub to help talented young writers express themselves. She is the founder of the Publishing House PUPEZ (Cocoon) – dedicated to children’s books and young Albanian writers. Rudina is actively involved in local cultural and media scene, engaging in numerous activities with children to inspire a love of reading.

Many of her publications are part of the list of suggested books for schoolchildren, announced by the Ministry of Education. Some of her books are translated in other languages (Balkans). Some of her poems are included in national and international anthologies.  

She participated in several international literary festivals, like Manifesta (Kosovo), Krokodil (Serbia) and was invited by major libraries of Stockholm (Sweden) to engage with the Albanian Diaspora.

Many of her books have received awards from prominent institutions, including the Ministry of Culture, National Centre of Books and Reading (QKLL), Albanian Publishers Society, Bukinist as well as Local Book Fairs.

She occasionally publishes critical articles, journalistic articles, interviews and articles on social topics in print media.
